Bodok Seal for Medical Oxygen Regulators

The Dowty Bonded Seal or ‘Bodok’ seal is the standard, high pressure face seal for medical gas cylinders using Pin Indexed conventions. Compatible with BOC-Linde and other rented gas cylinders  (usually sizes C, D, E and F) intended for clamp-fixed regulators, the seal comprises a steel annular keep, bonded to a nitrile butadiene rubber, used for its combine properties of elasticity and chemical resistance.

Suitable for use with oxygen up to pressures of 20,000 KPA. The seal should be replaced at least every year(recommended every 6 months).

Thickness; 2.16 mm (uncompressed), 1.65 mm shim thickness.
