Standard domestic freight charges are based on standard parcels being delivered to metropolitan areas. Bulky/heavy items and/or orders being dispatched to non-metropolitan areas may be subject to additional freight charges. A quote will be provided by our team prior to dispatching your order.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, they are in the hands of our delivery partners. Indicative delivery timeframes can be viewed below. The time frames shown are intended as a guide only and are a reflection of recent past performance. There is no guarantee that parcels will be delivered within these timeframes as delivery depends on various factors such as freight volumes, capacity and any state or territory restrictions.

You may opt to use our Click & Collect service at checkout. Collection is from our Gold Coast warehouse based at 1/27 Ford Road, Coomera, QLD, 4209. Please DO NOT attend our store until you have been contacted. Orders must be collected between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday – Friday.
