Returns & Refunds 


Thank you for shopping at The First Aid Shop. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned or exchanged following the guidelines below. We want your shopping experience with us to be as seamless and positive as possible.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (no exceptions). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Be able to be resold

Non-returnable Items:

Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival, including:

  • Customised kits
  • Sale items
  • Bulk orders or bulk quantities of goods
  • Specialised non-stock items
  • Items supplied under tender or RFQs
  • Broken packs (i.e. one bandage from a pack of 12)

We recommend contacting us before attempting to return such items to confirm they are eligible.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] to initiate the return. Please include your order number or invoice number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you details on how to return the item/s. You will be responsible for arranging shipping and covering the associated cost.
  3. On receipt of the returned goods, we will email you a link to a refund request form.
  4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item/s, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected]


You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders shipped under the free shipping offer that are returned will be refunded the purchase price less the original shipping costs incurred by The First Aid Shop unless the return is a result of our error.
