B. Braun Sodium Chloride 0.9% Injection 10ml Mini-Plasco Ampoules, Box 20
B. Braun Sodium Chloride 0.9% Injection is a sterile, isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water for injections, supplied in single-use 10ml Mini-Plasco connect plastic ampoules. It is used as a solvent or diluent for compatible injectable medicines and electrolyte concentrates given by intravenous or subcutaneous injection. Doctors, nurses, paramedics and clinics keep it on hand to reconstitute and dilute medicines before administration.
The polyethylene Mini-Plasco connect ampoule has a twist-off top that connects directly to a Luer syringe, so the solution can be drawn up without a needle and there is no glass to snap. Each box holds 20 ampoules. Current stock expires 09/2027. Use the solution straight after opening and throw away any unused portion.

How to use
For use by a doctor or other qualified health professional. Follow the directions for the medicine being dissolved or diluted. Use only if the solution is clear and the ampoule is undamaged. Use immediately after opening and discard any unused solution. Check compatibility before mixing with other medicines.

Can I use these ampoules for eye or wound irrigation?
This product is registered as a solvent and diluent for injection. For eye and wound irrigation, choose a saline product registered for that use, such as our Saline 30ml Eyewash and Wound Irrigation ampoules.
Is this the same as normal saline?
Yes. Sodium chloride 0.9% is commonly called normal saline.
Can I keep an opened ampoule for later?
No. Use it immediately after opening and discard any solution left over.
How many ampoules are in a box?
