Each module is sorted by injury type and colour, with the same products in the same place every time. That makes the kit quick to use under pressure and simple to restock: replace the module you used and the backpack is ready again.

How to use

1. Check the kit against your workplace or activity risk assessment and add any extra items you need.
2. Store the kit where it is easy to see and reach, and put up a first aid sign so people can find it.
3. In an emergency, pick the module by the injury type and colour, and use the treatment card inside it.
4. After each use, replace used items or swap in a full replacement module.
5. Check the kit every few months and replace anything expired or damaged.
