Includes 10 individual sheets. Each absorbent sheet measures 39cm x 28cm and contains 32 cells.

Step 1 – Soak in clean water until all cells have risen and are firm to touch

Step 2 – Wipe dry and place in freezer for as long as possible (minimum 1 hour)

Step 3 – Wrap in a light cloth or towel and apply to the affected area for periods of around 20 minutes at a time

The triple layer is tough to tear but can be cut to any size.
