AeroHazard Yellow Clinical Waste Bags 4L, 10L, 50L and 120L
Anything with blood or body fluids on it, such as used dressings, gloves, wipes, masks and vomit bags, belongs in a clinical waste bag rather than the general bin. AeroHazard clinical waste bags are yellow polyethylene, printed with the biohazard symbol and the words Clinical Waste so everyone handling them knows what is inside. They come in four sizes so the right bag is on hand for a single first aid incident, a small bin or a first aid room.
The 4L press-seal bag is the one to keep in a first aid kit: it seals the waste from one incident so it can be carried to a clinical waste bin.
Choose the 4L press-seal bag for kits and vehicles, the 10L bag for small pedal bins, the 50L bag to line a first aid room or clinic bin, and the 120L bag for wheelie bins and bulk collection. All sizes are sold per bag with quantity pricing.

How to use
- Put on gloves before handling contaminated items.
- Place used dressings, gloves and other contaminated items in the bag. Never put needles, blades or other sharps in a bag; use a sharps container.
- Seal the bag with the press seal (4L) or tie the neck (larger sizes) when it is no more than two-thirds full.
- Dispose of it through a licensed clinical waste collection, or as your workplace waste procedure directs.
Never place sharps in a waste bag. Store filled bags in a secure area away from the public until collection, and follow your state or territory clinical waste rules.

What goes in a clinical waste bag? Items contaminated with blood or body fluids: used dressings, gloves, swabs, wipes, masks and vomit bags. Sharps go in a sharps container, never in a bag.
How do I dispose of a clinical waste bag? Seal it and place it in a clinical waste bin for collection by a licensed contractor, or follow your workplace waste procedure. Do not put it in general rubbish.
Which size do I need? 4L press-seal for first aid kits and cars, 10L for small bins, 50L for first aid room bins, and 120L for wheelie bins.
