Express Shipping Information*

If selecting our Express Shipping option, your order will be dispatched using Australia Post Express or Startrack Express.
Express shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery. Depending on your address, express shipping can take 1-3 business days. If you are in a regional, rural, or remote location, express shipping times may be extended. We do not guarantee shipping times. Note that some items cannot be shipped using express options due to restrictions on carriage. This includes products containing batteries and flammable items such as alcohol. Orders with such items will be shipped using non-express options regardless of what is selected at checkout.

Dispatch Information

• We aim to dispatch all orders received by 10 am (AEST, Mon – Fri) on the same day. However, sometimes this is not achievable and your order will be dispatched the next business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
• If an item is out of stock and not expected in-store within the next 24 business hours, in-stock items will be dispatched first, with back-ordered items shipped later at no additional cost.

Click & Collect

You may opt to use our Click & Collect service at checkout. The collection is from our Gold Coast warehouse, 1/27 Ford Road, Coomera, QLD, 4209.
Please DO NOT attend our warehouse until you have been contacted. Orders must be collected between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Free Shipping Conditions

Eligibility: This free shipping offer is available exclusively for online orders that meet or exceed the minimum order value of $200 (AUD). The free freight offer does not include shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Geographic Limitations: The offer is valid only for orders shipped within Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Areas. Orders intended for shipment to rural and remote areas are not eligible for this promotion and will incur shipping fees. This will be detailed at checkout.

Order Type Restrictions: The free shipping offer applies to standard-sized packages only. Bulky items and orders exceeding 20kg (dead or cubic weight, whichever is greater) will be subject to shipping fees.

Validity: The free shipping offer is available for a limited time and may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. The First Aid Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time at its sole discretion.

Shipping Method: Eligible orders will be shipped using a standard shipping method chosen by The First Aid Shop. This offer does not cover expedited or priority shipping services and can be selected at checkout at an additional cost.

Combining Offers: This free shipping offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchases.

Returns: Orders shipped under the free shipping offer that are returned will be refunded the purchase price less the shipping costs incurred by The First Aid Shop unless the return results from our error.

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! We use multiple shipping companies to deliver our goods, including Australia Post, Aramex, and Startrack. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is in the hands of our delivery partners.

Below are indicative delivery times. The times shown are intended as a guide only and reflect recent past performance. There is no guarantee that parcels will be delivered within these timeframes, as delivery depends on various factors outside our control.
