You may opt to use our Click & Collect service at checkout. Collection is from our Gold Coast warehouse based at 1/27 Ford Road, Coomera, QLD, 4209. Please DO NOT attend our store until you have been contacted. Orders must be collected between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday – Friday.

Credit Card Security
The First Aid Shop uses Stripe to process all online payments. Your card details are not stored by The First Aid Shop.
Credit Account Applications
Organisations may apply for a credit account with The First Aid Shop. Credit accounts are strictly 14 days and are approved for customers who purchase goods regularly. All credit applications are subject to credit checks and trade references. To apply for a credit account please complete the credit application form found here.
Returns and Refund Policy
The First Aid Shop will provide refunds under the following circumstances.
- The item is damaged or faulty on delivery
- The item is different from the description shown on this website
- The item is different from a sample you have been provided or shown in-store
Requests for refund or replacement of goods must be provided to The First Aid Shop in writing outlining the reason for refund/replacement no longer than seven (7) working days after receipt of goods. Requests made after this time will not be considered. Freight costs incurred for the return of items as detailed above will be covered by The First Aid Shop. Items must be returned in original condition or full payment of the items will be required. The First Aid Shop will not accept requests for refunds or replacements for any one (1) or more of the following reasons.
- You change your mind for whatever reason and no longer want the goods
- You choose the wrong size, colour or style
- You cause the damage or fault
- You find the product cheaper elsewhere
- You can no longer afford the goods
Any returns, exchanges or cancellations of orders will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods being returned.

WA – $22.00 inc gst
Standard domestic freight charges are based on standard parcels being delivered to metropolitan areas. Bulky/heavy items and/or orders being dispatched to non-metropolitan areas may be subject to additional freight charges. A quote will be provided prior to dispatching your order.
The First Aid Shop does not guarantee courier delivery times. Your order will be dispatched once all items are available. Our friendly staff are able to provide advice on first aid kits requirements however The First Aid Shop will not be held responsible or liable for the purchase of an unsuitable kit.
